They always say it's not what you know but who you know and maybe we might be able to help each other out with what we do a work. Who knows but just a topic for conversation.

I'll go first then.

I am a Sales Manager for a label printing company based in Corby.

Ignore any photos of people on there if you look, I've not been added yet.

Cheers

An interesting bunch :)

I am one of the "lucky gits" it seems :?

I took the King's shilling (voluntary redundancy) at the end of March and retired from Local Government. It wasn't the usual boring job - it involved a big team looking after the ICT needs of over 500 schools in the Local Authority.

Life was never dull but I must say that I don't miss the job (ever dealt with head teachers? Funny lot!) but I do miss the office crack - it gets a bit quiet during the week and not too many other trail riders around able to do weekday runs. End up spending too much time at the PC :(

The upside is that I am able to do quite a lot for the local TRF group (particularly on RoW stuff) which otherwise is left to that "someone else" bloke. 8)

The downside is that I don't have any real practical skills or contacts to help other members out with BUT I am happy to have a go at any RoW queries for folk who aren't TRF members and therefore don't have a line into local support and advice.
