If you have a link to an online manual for your bike add here cause theyre always handy and usually a pain to get hold of.
Heres one for the Yamaha TTR250.

Not strictly a manual link, but it proved really useful for sourcing / confirming part numbers for my previous import Kawasaki KDX250SR, I'd get the part number from here and then phone Corby Kawasaki Ltd Courier Road, Phoenix Park Way, Corby, Northants NN17 5BA Tel 01536 401010 who were more than willing to order and supply.

http://www.kawasaki-motors.com/parts_ca ... search.cgi

Its a little confusing to start with as its in Japaenese but you soon work out which buttons to click to select your bike and can then scroll through the pictures to find what your looking for ie chassis parts, fork parts, engine parts etc etc
